Over the last six years, the directors have formed a team of highly experienced property individuals with over 30 years of entrepreneurial, management, commercial, development, architectural and quantity surveying experience between them.
Daniel French: Has strategically directed, developed and managed investment projects, preparing and structuring best practice sales and marketing strategies. Daniel has day to day responsibility of managing and coordinating the team and its activities and has sourced a Bulgarian team to carry out due diligence, local legal advice and to locate all sites/plots within chosen parts in Bulgaria.
Grahame O Connor: Has over 20 years experience in the building industry, mostly carrying out cyclical maintenance to local authority owned residential housing stock. Day to day responsibility of managing and coordinating the team and its activities. He has a diversified portfolio of property investment and has been investing in property since 1998 and has also been involved with UK development and land rezoning deals.
Combined: Both Daniel & Grahame have a minimum of 6 years experience in East Europe. They began searching for quality land sites and development projects in Bulgaria in late 2004. As a result of this search, it became evident that a plethora of mediocre overpriced land plots and poorly thought out development projects were flooding the market. Aware that this would not be a sustainable or desirable market, it was decided that the only way forward was to explore the high end markets for the more discerning buyer for Bulgarian property. The mission was to create a network of better contacts in Bulgaria. It became imperative to build a technical in-house and consultancy team, with architectural, management, finance, construction, sales and marketing experience combining many years of relevant expertise in preparation. Both are very highly motivated individuals who together have the determination and belief in everything they become involved with.
